We have navigated many immigration conundrums in the United States: Itziri was undocumented, then had DACA; and Brice renewed his J-1 visa three times. These personal experiences led us to explore the question of access to opportunities for migrants and underrepresented individuals through different lens by working in college admissions, career counseling, corporate recruiting, and academic research. My Access Abroad was born to bridge the gap in access we perceived.

As a former undocumented immigrant living in the United States, I once lived a life full of a lot of uncertainty. I know how stressful it can be to make sense of your life in a world of uncertainty and unknowns. In my previous roles across nonprofits, the private sector, and international organizations like the UN and OECD, I gained invaluable experience in how to leverage your profile to obtain the best opportunities abroad. Having worked and lived in four countries, I am excited to help others discover the beauty of it.

I have a Master's degree in Negotiation from EM Strasbourg Business School and a background in sales and talent acquisition. In 2017, I went to the U.S. for an exchange program. I ended up staying for 3+ years. I started my career as the first Sales hire for a U.S. tech consulting boutique. In parallel with work, I started mentoring a handful of international students on how to find a job in the U.S. When the pandemic hit, we took a gap year and opened a small restaurant in Mexico. Back in France, I shifted into the talent industry to advocate for DEI in the hiring process and gained expertise to help organizations hire better. Having worked and lived in three countries, I am excited to make it more accessible.
