Itziri Gonzalez Barcenas

Itziri is a policy analyst, human rights advocate, and public speaker working at the intersection of migration and inclusive development. She is writing a book on migration, borders, and family separations. She previously worked with UN agencies, the OECD, and the CNRS on global projects spanning climate, migration, and development.

A former DACA recipient, she studied Global Affairs at Tsinghua University as a Schwarzman Scholar and CONACYT Fellow, Human Rights at Sciences Po Paris, and Political Science/Africana Studies at Davidson College.

Brice Rosette

Brice is a senior talent strategist with a background in tech sales and consulting working across the Americas, Europe, and Africa. He led early-stage growth at an RPA consultancy in the US before moving into AI & tech talent acquisition for an MBB firm. Raised between France and Martinique, he has lived in the US, Mexico and China and speak from experience what it means to build a life across continents.

He studied International Business at Howard University, Sales Management and Negotiation at EM Strasbourg, and Business Chinese at BLCU.
